Their is several interchangeable parts with the factory carb , but the slide itself is much smaller and not interchangeable. On the factory carb there are 2 studs that mount the carb to the intake , on this carb there are only threaded holes .. so you will need 2 bolts to mount it . After install it was over fueling on the bottom end so I moved the needle down one spot and it fixed most of the problem and the bike ran just ok . Don??t expect to be able to use your factory needle and jets because that combo will not work in this carb , the needle is a different length than the factory Honda one . I tried just using the Honda jets alone and it ran like crap . This carb can get you by , but it won??t run perfect .,This thing worked great on my honda xr80 motor did the trick had to make some modifications but made the bike run so much better finally,Installed this on 1999 XR80, had to swap the choke lever from old carb to this one because the new one had a shorter lever that would have contacted the frame. Bike runs like new now, very pleased with this product for the price.,Fit my 2001 xr80 8 . Exactly no modifications required . I used the the screw on top from the factory carb but used the included slide so I did not even require a cable change . Starts right up and was very easy to dial in . Great deal and price.,A Friend??s Grandsons CRF80,Great carb for the price. Fit perfectly on my 1990 XR80R using the original carbs hardware,Disappointing. Product was in fine condition, installed easy, but total package was NOT same as stock carb. Once installed, bike bogged under moderate and higher throttle and lost significant power. Bike ran well at idle, just overall power way down. Do not recommend. Search goes on unless I want to pay $100 for genuine part.,EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY PURCHASED! THE CARBURETOR ARIVED BROKEN AND THE BROKEN PIECE WAS NOT IN THE PACKAGE WHICH MEANS THEY PACKED IT BROKEN. Extremely disappointed with this product.
