PLEASE NOTE ON 2013 AND NEWER 4.8L, 5.3L OR 6.2L ENGINES ONLY, this will fit these motor sizes in years 2013 and newer if the oil dipstick tube is located on the passenger side of your vehicle. and it will fit any year 1999 to current models if you have a 6.0L engine in your vehicle because there is only one style of manifold for the 6.0L engine
