Feel free to contact us by emails for solution if you have any problems.,I don??t usually leave a review but I felt the need for this one. I put this carburetor on a 2006 Ttr90 es. Like some of the others related it??s not a perfect match but with a little knowledge you can make it work. My ttr sat for 3 years. I flushed out my gas tank and put the new fuel vale on that the kit came with and put on the new carburetor and to my surprise the bike started first kick. I didn??t have to adjust anything the bike idled and ran perfect. I would highly recommend this product and you can??t beat the price.I used the pink clear tube provided for my fuel line which was plenty long enough for the fuel valve that comes out the opposite side (idk why they made it like that) but not a big deal. And I also blocked off the extra vent tube so it wouldn??t suck air. A couple of minor changes but it??s all good and works like new again. The only reason it??s a five star is because it??s not a perfect OEM match.,Doesn’t have the spot for the heater. Fuel valve facing the wrong way. However, those are minor and more importantly my 2003 ttr 90 started right up and ran perfectly without any adjustment. Hard to complain given the price.,I already knew the adjustment screws would be on the wrong side from other reviews as well as the petcock being backwards; I still decided to give it a try knowing those things. My issue is that this shows “Mikuni” stamped on the side of the unit in the photos, so I thought maybe this was partially still legit with some cheaper parts added to get cost down or something…. It says something totally different and almost nothing was the same as the original.I had to use the choke plunger from the old unit, the throttle slide and needle from the old unit AND as a surprise, the bolt-holes to mate this carb to the intake are not threaded, (I didn’t catch that before ordering), so you have to hold a tiny nut in a groove to even get the thing bolted to the intake! – On the side closest to the engine is the particularly difficult part IMO. – I only dropped the nut 15 or so times before succesffully threading the bolt in.As soon as it started the thing acted as if the throttle was pinned… I took it back apart and thought that I had jammed the needle in slightly crooked or something so put it back carefully with the needle perfectly straight and the throttle all the way shut (no snagging or issues of any kind when operating the throttle)… Same results; engine revs until it almost blows unless I kill the power.Checked the air/fuel and idle screws, both seemed correct. Also; as someone else has noted. – This has an extra air vent tube and no solenoids for the wires on top.Not worth the purchase in my opinion.,Carb works great, only thing is youll most likely have to chabge the throttle inlet cover to one that fits your threads of the throttle cable, other than that, great product for the pricing,This carburetor worked right out of the box. I have a TTR90. As others have said, the throttle cable connector is the wrong size. I had my old carb and used the top piece from it. The new gasket works and the bolt holes are the same. Easy change over. The choke cable connected just fine, although the connector threads are plastic, don’t over tighten!Carb bolted right up to the intake. This kit came with the fuel petcock. If you mount it with the fuel shutoff lever out then the fuel line points to the rear of the bike. That’s how I mounted it. I ran a new fuel line that was a few inches longer so it could make the 180 degree turn and go-to the carb. The bike fired right up and has been running great. So far we have a full tank of gas through it and it is performing awesome. I only had to make a small adjustment to the idle speed. The float level was already perfect. The jetting seems to be good right out of the box.For less than $13.00 it was well worth the gamble for me. I hope others have just as good luck with this carb.,Installed it and It started right up . Perfect fit It did not have the electrical connections for heating fuel but who needs it. I bought $50 worth of carb rebuild kits and jets and had the original carb a part at least 15 times. Works great!!!!,Carburetor did not fit, but combined my old with the new and it worked.,Great carb for the price. Had to us factory carb top but used new carb slide and needle. Also used factory choke valve and cover. No factory heat connection on new carb. I just wrapped the factory connectors up with electrical tape. There is a hose nipple were then heat connection should be. I hooked up the carb float bowl drain hose to it. Petcock fit also used the new fuel line just had to lube hose up to fit hose barb. Bike fired right up once bowl was filled with gas. Bike runs great. Can’t beat the price, the plastics float for this runs $40 from the dealer,I bought this for my sons ttr90 dirt bike because the original carp was leaking fuel all the time, this new one was easy to install and his bike runs great now.
